Al-Nazim BSP #9079 β 132kV Network
Project Overview
DDCC is undertaking the construction of the 132kV underground cable network for the Al-Nazim Bulk Supply Point (BSP #9079) in Riyadh City. This critical project involves connecting the Al-Nazim substation to the Saudi Electricity Company's main 132kV transmission grid through a high-voltage underground cable system.
The project scope covers the full cycle of underground cable installation β from detailed route survey and planning, through deep trench excavation in urban terrain, duct bank and manhole construction, cable pulling and laying operations, to high-voltage cable jointing, termination, and final testing and commissioning.
Operating within the densely populated Riyadh urban environment, DDCC is executing this project with strict adherence to traffic management protocols, public safety measures, and coordination with municipal authorities to minimize disruption while delivering a reliable power supply connection to the growing Al-Nazim district.
